How to: Display which style is applied to a paragraph.
Solution:
Use the View tab page in the Tools menu and type a measurement in the Style Area Width box.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'.
2) Click the 'View' tab.
3) Type a measurement in the 'Style Area Width' box in the 'Window' section.
4) Click 'OK'. (The style name displays in the left margin of the next paragraph.)
NOTE: The margin width to display the style name can be adjusted by repeating steps 1) to 3) and typing a different measurement.
